If only she could improe her focus levels she has the capability to do exponentially better. Highlight: Zainab singlehandedly made all the presentations for the SIDR project

Sharjeel Shaikh: What you are known for: Confidence, good communication skills. Aadi has shown strong growth in execution and professionalism, especially in later projects—keep building on that momentum. If he stays consistent and take more ownership in turning ideas into action, he will unlock his next level very quickly. Highlight: His exceptional performance in the Digital Product Development Project.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What you are known for: Sincerity and diliigence. Aditya's is very self aware and this has pushed him to perform consistently. The only thing preventing him from reaching the next level is his self doubt. Highlight: Adity's technical edge gave a good boost to the moonshine project.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Good conversationalist and takes feedback in the right spirit. You are smart, but smartness without consistency is of no use. Remember consistency beats smartness.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Sincerity, never say no attitude Advait is very self aware and this has pushed him to perform consistently. The only thing preventing him from reaching the next level is his self doubt. Highlight: Even with the absence of his project partner he brought the Digital Product Development Project to a good closure.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Committed to building your own brand, entrepreneurial. Ameya has done reasonaly well but it definitely could have been better. We have seen the spark, waiting for the fire. Highlight: His hustle for the barter challenge on day 1.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Simplicity and consistency. Archit has consistently improved on his performance. Archit is very self aware and can continue working on his conflict resolution skills. Highlight: For SDP he leveraged his experice of post surgery recovery to innovate.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Excellent communication skills and confidence. Arha has done reasonaly well but it definitely could have been better. While we all know he has potential it hasn't realised yet. Hughlight: His hustle for the barter challenge on day 1.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Focused and outcome driven Arnee has shown a lot of commitment and dedication for all the projects. One area to improve is her emotional response to even a minor setback creats block for her progress. Highlight: Arnee absolutely flew through the milestones for the Digital Product Development Project

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Lightheartdness and easygoing Diyansh has contributed realiably at a basic level in all his projects and would benefit from stepping up as a driver by taking initative and owining outcomes. Highlight: Showing up for the final presentation of digital product development though work was incomplete.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Strong conviction and interospection. Husain has progressed steadely in all his projects. However a liitle more deligence and the ability to document projects will help him grow in leaps and bounds. Highlight: Durin the SIDR project his contribution was majorly responsible to craft customer personas.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: lighthearted and easygoing Idris has progressed steadily in all his projects, he needs to start digging deep in to all concepts and frameworks for each project to accelerate his progress. Highlight: He took complete ownership for the legacy project's prototypes.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Articulation of thoughts and Collaboration Jasper has progressed steadily, he needs to dive deeper when looking at a problem statement to gather more detailed insights, this will help him progress faster. Highlight: For moonshine project, Jasper's insight for the taglines was very essential.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Deep thinker and very honest Kunal has the intent to learn and develop skills. He should work on his communication with his peers so that his participation in projects can improve. Highlight: Kunal was able to singlehandely secure a contract for SDP.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Sincerity and easy spirited. Moiz has shown a consistent improvement in projects. He should dive deeper in concepts and frameworks for projects to accelerate his progress. Highlight: His contribution for designing the menu for the client of SDP.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Very insightful and opinioniated Rudrsen has shown active progress through all the projects, he should work on being concise when presenting and improve on his collaboration with the team. Highlight: Rudrasen singlehandedly ideated and executed the dummy website for lead engine for moonshine.

Sharjeel Shaikh: What are you known for: Sincerity and hardwork Saumyaa's progress has been linear and her work has been meticulous. She should actively take leadership in projects to boost her learnings. Highlight: Saumyaa has been a key contributor in practically all the projects taht she has participated in.
